Can anyone get an IV?

Adults over the age of 18 are eligible. Medical history review and clearance with a nurse practitioner is needed to make sure our services are a safe options for you.

Do I have to obtain medical clearance on my own?

We wouldn't do you like that! This experience is supposed to be lighter, easier & more fun than your average medical appointment. We give you a link to schedule your virtual clearance appointment at your convenience - all you have to do is schedule & show up. Screen time is typically 5 minutes. Once cleared, you're good for the whole year so long as you have no medical changes- meaning your second appointment is less paper work & more fun.

Is there an additional cost for the clearance appointment?

Nope - we got you covered, friend!

Do I need to pick my goodie add-ons before the appointment?

No AGAIN! We will bring all available goodies for you to choose from & can help you with decision making if that's something you need guidance on. Usually we get your IV up & running then talk shop.

My friend was going to join our group appointment at the last minute but I told them it was too late.

Thank you for being courteous, but the more the merrier! A heads up is always appreciated and although we make no guarantees in this type of situation, it is rare we do not have extra supplies on hand. Medical clearance can be obtained on demand.

Is it normal to feel chilly during my infusion?

Yes, especially in the colder weather temps - blankies, comfy layers & tropical thoughts are encouraged.
